Got a few suggestions for your run:

First off, obviously explain each and every one of them what to do before the Run, you don't want people summoning the Trial Heads because someone moving, or people dying at main body because didn't listen, etc. Things like that :]

Now, concerning the parties, I'd seriously think that pros [as people that's been HT'ing for QUITE alot of time] should go with pros, your NL's won't like a DK not HB'ing when they get dispelled, or a bishop that doesn't heal/hs/dispel accurately.
